20 Under 40 Class of 2025: Darcy Stults
Darcy Stults is honored to be named one of the 2025 Warbirds 20 Under 40 Rising Stars—an award that celebrates her commitment to preserving aviation heritage and advancing the future of the warbird community.
Darcy serves as Director of Aircraft Sales at Courtesy Aircraft Inc., where she has been a key member of the team since 2009. Her sales expertise spans both General Aviation and Warbird aircraft, with responsibilities that include aircraft sales, historical research, marketing, public relations, and customer service. She manages the design and maintenance of the company’s marketing materials and website, and she coordinates newsletters, press releases, direct mail campaigns, and company-sponsored events. To date, she has proudly sold over 120 civilian and warbird aircraft.
In 2017, she launched DK Aviation Specialties LLC, offering aviation-focused marketing and consulting services. She also leads marketing and advertising efforts for Ladd Gardner Aviation Insurance and Heritage Aero, further demonstrating her dedication to supporting and connecting the broader aviation community.
Darcy holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Administration from Lewis University, as well as a Private Pilot Certificate with an Instrument Rating. Her aviation journey began at just 16 years old with her first job in airport operations—and even earlier through the inspiration of her grandfather, a decorated Bristol Beaufighter pilot in WWII, and her uncle, a professional pilot. With a deep appreciation for aviation history and years of hands-on experience, Darcy has built a career rooted in passion, integrity, and connection.
She also serves on the Advisory Committee for the National Warbird Operators Conference (NWOC), where she works to support and grow the warbird community.
Darcy is grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Warbirds 20 Under 40 Class of 2025 and looks forward to celebrating and promoting her fellow honorees. Most of all, she is excited to share her passion for flight with the next generation—especially her daughters, who she hopes to one day teach how to fly and appreciate the rich legacy of aviation.
