20 Under 40 Class of 2025: Brittany Nally

Brittany Nally was raised aro Brittany Nally was raised around aircraft, going on her first Cessna flight just 3 days after birth. Growing up she spent many weekends at the small airport near her house, watching her older sister solo and never missing an Alliance Air Show, where her family volunteered. Her father’s special interest in general aviation took her all over the country visiting aviation museums and fly-ins.

Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Brittany graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in History and a Master’s Degree in Museum Science from Texas Tech University with a specialization in Collections Management.

Brittany signed on with the Fort Worth Aviation Museum as Director of Museum Operations in 2015. Started as a subsidiary of the OV-10 Bronco Association, the museum tells the Forward Air Control and North Texas Aviation stories. Under her direction, the museum has grown exponentially, expanded programming, and acquired 15 new aircraft, ranging from helicopters and drones to YF-16 #2, the second airframe manufactured. The museum earned the title of “Most Touchable Warbirds in Texas” and has become a major destination for aviation history. FWAM is now undergoing its pivotal expansion campaign to accommodate it’s growing visitorship and collections.

When not at the museum, Brittany likes to travel, read and spend time with her husband, toddler, and dogs.
